  1. I don't see how this is relevant to only EVs. Gas cars can also be connected to network and controlled. In fact most modern ICE cars are highly computerized as well, especially premium and luxury class ones are indistinguishable from EVs in terms of software connectivity and autonomous capabilities. Even Western made cars can be hacked and hackers can control your cars remotely.
