  1. Not sure how this has anything to do with EVs? Sure Tesla started it all, but not all EVs are stuck on tablet on wheels, and there are plenty of gas cars in fact majority of new ones, especially by luxury brands, and even economy cars have touch screen dependent critical controls.. Blame Tesla, but EVs in principle don't need touch screens or software to function.
