You all don't get it. EV enthusiasts don't see limiting range and skimping on heat as inconviniences, but rather it's a game for them. They get off on scarcity mentality and see how much range they can eek out etc. until of course they run into a serious situation, or when the game gets old. I was one of them back in 2017 when I bought my first EV. The first year I thoroughly enjoyed playing this "scarcity" game, and the amount of money I saved, and also bragging to strangers who stop to ask me about my car while I was getting free charge at mall parking lot (back then there was a lot of free chargers). Some people get tired of playing scarcity / efficiency game, some people keep playing it. Not for everyone.

@robertkubrick3738 but you realize a lot of EV owners like myself don't have to go to work, at least not on time. We work from home or only have a meeting a couple times a week on zoom. That's the advanced knowledge jobs for you if you have a forward thinking brain and creative outlook

When I complained about lack of heat in EVs. Many EV evangelists jump on me saying they never experienced this problem I'm lying etc. Then I ask them what temperature they set it to. They say 18-19 degrees lol. That means 12 degrees in EV
