  1. The problem with industrial seed oil is extraction process using cancer causing chemicals such as hexene. Cold pressed seed oil are no problem at all.

  2. Ramen by definition is pulled noodle, should be at least long string shapes. You should just call it little ears in Asian flavoured broth.
