  1. Governments sbould prioritize electrifying fleet vehicles before anything else. Buses, uber, taxis ,and especially those delivery vehicles constantly stopping then going again in residential streets. Stop and go city mileage all day long everyday is exactly where EVs shine the most, and can reduce the most amount of polution. Stop obsessing about highway travel and range. Solve the low hanging fruits of city pollution first.
