  2. Money printer only works if a country has a productiion capacity, such as China, USA, Japan or other advanced economies. Money printer wouldn't work in Ethiopia, Argentina etc. it will just cause hyper inflation because they don't have any production capacities.

  3.  @Mark-Rain  Service is a part of production capacity as well, not just goods. As long as an economy has a productive and skilled labour force and stable system of law capable of producing real value either goods or services. The Money printer usually encourages that labor force to work harder. It's like injecting more fuel into a strong engine.
