  1. It makes sense you can focus more on flavor and texture of the food when alone. Not you get distracted by conversation with your company. For casual meals though I like to eat with my friends or family it's not fun being social.

  2. If Binchotan doesn't impart smokey flavour to the food, then what's the difference from using electric or gas grill?? I thought the point of using charcoal is to add smokey flavour to food.

  3. Actually I prefer Australian Wagyu. Japanese A5 Wagyu is too fatty, difficult to eat a lot.
