  2. No one cares, we already know heat pump is more efficient than PTC. But not everything in life is about efficiency. I'd prefer propane heater, it's the fastest and hottest. no matter what outside temperature is.

  3.  @alexnutcasio936  that's exactly my point. EV evangelists wouldn't have the common sense to allow fuel based heater even if it makes more logical sense and insists on trying to save the last 5% of emission to foregoing the safety and robustness.

  5. Heat pump is oxymoron. The colder outside is, just when you need more heat, it gives you less heat. If it's warmer outside, you need less heat, it gives you more. Completely oxymoron.
