  7. That's not government fault. Demand industry to make more affordable EVs. Strip away all they unnecessary electronic and computer gimmicks. Just make a simple EV to clean up environment and still affordable.

  8.  @DaveInCanada081  No, fuel tax is not supposed to go to roads and infrastructure. It's just there to curb the fossil fuel demand, hence it's called carbon tax. It has nothing to do with funding roads and infrastructure.

  9. When it really comes to that, government will debt spend on upgrading the grid, creating bunch of jobs. What's the problem? It's not really that difficult to do, just need political will.
