  1. It's only just cars for now. In the future there will be more and more nice things you can have in China but not in America. Phones, VR headsets, cleaner and safer streets, perhaps even better medicine and education. That's when the power dynamics shifts as Americans want to send their kids to universities in China and learn Chinese as second language etc. The US streets will still be filled with duesel trucks, drugs and homeless setting up tents everywhere, rampant crimes.
