  1. Electric cars can last more miles but still age by caledar years though. It's not like those 300k mile EVs are 20 years old, not possible. No moving parts in EVs means less mechanical stress at high mileage, but the liquid chemistry in the battery will degrade the same with calendar aging, regardless of mileage, in fact has more to do with charging than mileage. Just thought it's important to point it out, just because an EV can theoretically go 300k miles or more, doesn't mean you can keep it for 20 - 30 years. Maybe the battery can last 12 years or so, 15 tops.
