Koreans have damaged their reputation too many times, LG chem batteries catch fire, Hyundai Ioniq 5 charging port overheating class action, also a recent incident an Ioniq 5 owner ran over some rock on the road damaged the cover plate under the car. Dealer told him the entire battery pack needed replacement for $60,000 or the car is unsafe to operate. Essentially write off for a minor accident.

  6.  @gandmemoney  Warranty comes with conditions, such as minor user caused damages void the warranty. A reputable brand such as Toyota has the least warranty, but in reality they last the longest.

  7. Koreans make junk . Not just cars.. Samsung phones are garbage mine broke only after 1.5 years for no reason. Never dropped.
