  1. I drive a PHEV and use 90% less fiel, not 50%. I only need fuel twice a year when i take road trips. Everyday i plug in and never start gas engine.

  2.  @philiptaylor7902  The best way to incentivize less fuel use is carbon tax like Canada is doing. Higher gas prices at pump will make people think twice before misusing PHEVs, and they will remember to charge the car everyday.
