  1. But Toyota has always been lagging in tech even among ice cars. They never went to the latest and newest tech, instead focus on old proven tech for reliability, and that's what Toyota buyers usually look for. So this is a moot point

  2. BYD share hold here. Kind of disappointed. I think we may go even lower as EV adoptions worldwide will take a pause in the next year or two, plus geopolitical situation with China and the West is going going well. But in long term, I trust industriousness and ingenuity of Chinese people, they will dominate EVs in the end, beating most of Western legacy autos. but in short tern, be prepared for a bumpy ride.
