Having lived in Japan for 4 years, I know for fact that majority of Japanese are brain lazy. They just like to stick with what they know, and resist to change, and prefer to stay within their comfort bubbles, going through day after days of mind numbing jobs and routines they feel happy that way. Any changes to their routines are viewed as a unwelcome disturbance.
