  1.  @ctuna2011  70% of US refineries cannot use US produced crude. They are exported abroad, and US is dependent on imported crude for gasoline and other fuels.

  2. Doesn't make a dent. Ethiopia will remain poor regardless. It has so many other problems far outweigh the benefits of electrification.
