  1.  @anonimato1987  The reverse is happening now that Chinese firms like CATL has to transfer tech to Americans if they want to setup shops here. It goes both ways. Sharing technology is a good thing for the whole ecosystem to keep advancing. Protectionism will only hinder progress. It's a wishful thinking that you can just invent something once and keep making money off it forever without having to keep innovating. It'll make you lazy and complacent. The US raising tarrifs on China is an admission that we are unwilling or unable to compete with China, but rather to use political and military threat to hinder the progress of the rival.

  2. Another China hawk - China update by Tony also sound like a US military personell. My gut tells me they are US government sponsored propaganda. Viking and some other independent youtuber travel journalists show the real side of China are honest.

  3. Americans don't want Chinese cars. They have prejudice thinking inferior quality and safety standard , exploding BYDs etc.
