  1. This is music to Chinese automakers ears. Western car makers will make expensive low quality cars while Chinese will make cheap high quality cars. Guess with whom the global South would rather do business with?

  2. No one will want to buy overpriced, inferior quality American cars. Even cheap Chinese cars are 100x better than Ford and GM.
