Battery fire doesn't require oxygen to burn, that's why traditional methods don't work to put the EV fires out. Lithium batteries will continue to burn with or without oxygen even covered with foam, it will continue to burn until all its stored energy is exhausted.

You just got lucky. If you are still holding $TSLA bag in hope of FSD, your luck will run out. I bought Tesla stock 5 years ago too, but sold 2 years later at 20x gain. It's been dead money for the past 3 years.

This is the buy signal for crypto since Cramer advised you to sell. If all these crypto go up from here, who is the real scammer now?
14
People in the wealthiest and most powerful country in the world struggle with housing and healthcare.
12
I think he is the only one in the room that truly gets Bitcoin. Everyone else think it's a bubble or Ponzi
10
China would crush US auto market if tarrif was lifted
8
Russia has the most nukes in the world!
7
This guy is a sheep. Just buy magnificent 7
4
Just like how Concord disrupted once before lol
3
Yeah you still still be carrying propane for cooking and heating. Not everything can be done with electric when you go off grid camping
3
Old men usually pessmestic
3
Google dors no evil lol. What a joke
3
If this was China, we'd all be laughing at cheap Chinese quality etc.
3
Some are more productive at home. Why waste hours commuting in stress just to come to sit in cubicles to stare at computer screen.
2
@TrungPham-kp5nl what if it's not a computer on wheels. There are many very inexpensive EVs in China without any of the smart features. You are quite limited in imagination if you assume all EVs must be computer on wheels because that's all you've seen in North America. There are many "analog" EVs in Asia and Europe that don't have complicated touch screen menus, and popout flush door handles, self driving etc. but still have EV drivetrain with much less cost.

Do you even know anything about bitcoin before you make judgement? Do more research and understand the subject before making judgement. In particular, distributed ledger, trustlessness and decentralization are the terms you need to understand. Once you do, you will see it is not possible for governemnt to shut it down, and why a truly distributed crypto currency has intrinsic value like gold, and even better than gold.
2
You can see the disgust in his eyes when he calls any innovative companies bubbles. He prefers just keeping everything the same, no new technologies for humanities ever. Just earn 3% yield on PG, utilities and health insurance.
2
When I was selling my Tesla model 3 last year. A buyer texted me asking if my car had FOOL SELF DRIVING. I was thinking this guy is really FOOLED by Tesla!

Novice has no idea how hard AI is. It's much harder than building EVs, 1000000x harder. It's impossible for the current technology to achieve full autonomy. Musk will fail.
1
@mikehuesser1058 It is number one, but still not good enough to solve FSD anytime soon. My estimate is about 15 - 20 years before level 4 can be achieved. there will be a big crash before that when people realizes this.
1
@mikehuesser1058 being number one doesn't mean it can solve FSD.. AI is one of those things like nuclear fusion and cancer. Being number one doesn't guarantee the success.
1
@navsofour2892 exactly
1
@navsofour2892 good move
1
@jaffacalling53 how is this technology so different from Concord supersonic jet? Does it still not use fossil fuel jet engine? Maybe slightly improved but basically The same principle. It's not like it's electric or anything. Efficiency is still terrible and doesn't solve the noise issue. Why is rebranding the basically the same supersonic jet technology suddenly going to create public interest and support? Because people have forgotten about Concord and how unsustainable supersonic flight is.
1
And Elon can't tell people Tesla cars don't depreciate anymore lol. that was a good one.
1
@dougm659 And this is already priced in and some - robotaxi and optimus disappointed is coming soon to stock exchanges near you!
1
I believe 20k is the bottom for bitcoin
1
Hyundai is almost bankrupt in China. They are just dumping trash to North Americans who have no access to better Chinese EVs.
1
Digital matter is way more valuable than physical matter because of scarcity effect. When AI reduces physical goods production cost to 0, only scarce digital matters like bitcoin have true enduring value.
1
I can't believe how under-educated the CEO of biggest bank about crypto. It is not possible for any government to shut bitcoin down. China has tried it, and failed. That's the intrinsic value of bitcoin or a truly distributed crypto - it's censorship resistant, and trustlessness.
1
Maybe he is related to Elon musk
1
The same risk exists with Tesla vehicles also.
1
A lot of hope for robotaxi and optimus still priced in. They need to be all discounted and some, before I even consider buying. Oh and if Elon exits Tesla, then for sure I'll buy.
1
@rjpimprov bitcoin has made so much more than gold
1
No amount of DATA will help if the model is wrong. After 7 years of false promise, clearly it's not due to insufficient data.
1
@zachb1706 we can agree to disagree. I don't think our theoretical understanding of neural network is sufficient to achieve real AI thus no amount of compute will enable full autonomy.. and I speak this from 25 years of working in AI in academia
1
@davidbeppler3032 you are betting Tesla engineers are smarter than all of the academia combined. Andrej kaparthy left Tesla for open AI for a reason. The current neural net models, no matter how you tweek it can only handle specialized tasks, not able to reason at a higher level. Without that it's just a very sophisticated pattern matching algorithms and sometimes miss big picture therefore make weird mistakes that seem very obvious to you and I
1
@davidbeppler3032 also the current Tesla FSD lead has famously staged a FSD demo video last year. Doesn't inspire much confidence..
1
@davidbeppler3032 No I said Tesla FSD Lead staged a video. His name is Ashok Elluswamy
1
China is definitely enigmatic or plain dumb. Punishing their own companies and helping a foreign one, while the US is doing the exact opposite
1
He is talking as if he is on the verge of achieving singularity of AGI. Not even close.
1
@markthomas7279 no it's better to act proactively before AI takes over. But it's funny how Elon musk takes the spotlight for this. He is not even an expert on AI nor is Tesla is leading, they got beat by this little company called open AI.. Who knows some random Chinese company could be the next big AI breakthrough.. How is the US going to regulate that?
1
FSD is fools errand. These analysts know nothing about AI, just chasing the hype.
1
FSD is indeed a scam
1
Big banks launder even more criminal money. Why target only crypto exchanges?
1
Elon musk has an EQ (Emotional Intelligence) of a 5 year old. He has no self control what he is saying. He wouldn't have been able to control his weight if not for the weight loss drug. He has no self control, period. If you are in $TSLA stock, be prepared for a bumpy ride.
1
Doesn't matter which county wins.. Chinese people own the future wherever they are.
1
Musk is jealous Tesla dojo / robotaxi etc. can't even get nearly close to a little non-profit openAI. FSD/robotaxi is complete flop, all the billions Tesla throws at the porject is down the drain.
1
Much higher quality and reliable than lambo or Ferarri.
1
Typical nerd's point of view. I don't want an EV, just not Tesla.
