  1. Would it not be easier to fix fentynol problem at the root? No one is forcing the addicts to use them. Put addicts in mandatory rehab fascilities or mental institutions. Educate them until they can be re-integrated into society as productive citizens. Just removing the fentynol supply doesn't fix anything. Addicts will always fins something else to abuse

  2. This puts Elon at a very tricky spot. He is trying to win over both China and Trump, who are engaged in a tariff war. I suspect this will force China to concede to some of the US demand, in order to allow some of their EV battery components to be used in Tesla and other EV cars sold in the US. I still believe Trump is using Tariffs as a negotiation tactic rather than set in stone. the US can never compete with China in manufacturing , especially in EV and battery, solar etc, if the US has any hope of meeting Paris agreement cost effectively, they will need help from China. Even if it's not Trump's agenda, large states like California will still go ahead with green agenda with or without federal approval. They will find a way to import Chinese batteries and solar panels without tariffs.
