This comes from someone who can't even pronounce Xi even remotely correctly. There are 20 or so powerful families in China, Xi could not have purged them all. Nor does Xi have absolute power. Zero-C19 policy was abruptly ended because he had to cave into the advice of other powerful players in CCP. If he goes, there will just be a peaceful transition of power to the next guy.
