  1. This guy is a clown. Plenty of chips are designed by the Chinese. They are moving up the value chain quickly and in some areas already surpassing America. Best EVs are all DESIGNED in China, including the latest refresh of Tesla model 3 Highland. Even those chips designed in America are NOT done by "Americans" if you go to those companies and see for yourself, 90% of chip design engineers are either Chinese or Indian, immigrants from your so called low skilled countries. Enough American elitism . Most of Americans want lazy cushy unionized factory jobs.
