  1. The argument that when new battery technology arrives, the current EV will depreciate drastically argument is pretty weak though. If better battery with high energy density and faster charging rate comes out, wouldn't that make ICE cars depreciate even more? So whether you buy an EV or ICE car now, when the new battery tech. comes, they both will depreciate.
