  1. Since when is subsidies are criminal? The US subsidizes its farmers, as with many other countries. EU subsudizes heavily on Airbus. I think government subsidies are all fair and game. Results may vary if a country can afford it.

  2. Good to see an EV with non-flush door handles that's not easy to freeze shut in winter icy weather, also physical buttons instead of everything on center screen. I don't like the interior and grey plastic everywhere in typical Japanese / Toyota cars, but seems better designed for practicality than Tesla and Tesla copy cats.

  4. Japan is famous for cultural appropriation. Dumplings, Ramen, Tofu, even Kanji all came from China, now they call them their own.
