If so much fraud is committed why are they not going after the appraisers?

@jaysencorbett4974 and the banks who employ those appraisers. This is so dumb, I thought the house I wanted to buy was 157 thousand but after an appraisal it was 144,000 thousand. Guess how much my bank authorized? Yep 144 thousand.. good grief people have no clue....

@RD-jj2qv what do you think I just said in my comment earlier? The bank had someone come over and do an appraisal. I had nothing to do with it people are ignorant ..... so if the lenders appraisers do something wrong how would that be my fault??????
