My brother is sitting in jail right now after losing his job his home, his dogs, over a 28-year allegation that would never have come forward but for Gavin Newsom changing the law with an executive order at the end of January eliminating statutes of limitations, and he has never been charged with a crime in 55 years and yet he sits in jail 8 months later with no bail!

  11.  @briannehedlund5530  it does ruin a life and the person who makes an allegation has no consequences, some girl I know of is refusing to cooperate with the prosecuter, yet my friend 50+ years old sits in jail without bail, although he has no record, so although the alleged victim won't even cooperate, my friend is held without bond for 8 months for over 28 year old charges,, while murders are let out on their own recognizance.
