@SmoothCode that's a delightful ad hominem. Now apply it to childfree women and especially sterile women.

@stefanisilva2493 I agree with you & also women with hi notch counts generally like being able to say "I'm proud to be a mom, best decision ever" yet actually hate the day to day of BEING a mom.

Compelling perspective, thanks. I've never been to Japan/Korea/Singapore so that's interesting to hear. It's definitely about consumerism & corporate greed on some level. One of my first thoughts after Jimmy Buffett passed away was - did he regret all the corporate - building activities he spent so much time & effort on in the 1990s & 2000s? I'm sure it was meaningful to write music, perform it at concerts, live his beachbum lifestyle with family & friends....but all the time he spent purely focused on making like a billion dollars with chain restaurants in casinos etc - really? Was that worth it, the time he had here on earth?

You are actually making the argument that feminism (which itself is anti feminine) and being combative/argumentative = yielding horrible, irreversible negative results for women. And you're also saying the only way to effectively alter the message medium here is to treat them like children by only painting a positive, rosy context of why they oughta act in their own best interests. The other thing is - yes, you can't put toothpaste back in the tube. Women who have made life decisions guided by feminist ideology are, in several aspects, damaged beyond repair. That's not to say they can't find peace & joy in life (in other ways), but it does mean their capacity for monogamous pair bonding, honoring commitment, happiness with one partner etc - is tantamount to a glass shattered on the cement floor.

@DNA350ppm "the feminist movement is there to correct the disregard of women and the feminine" and "Young women still don't want to enter that social role. Men will have to frame (this) to make the fertility rational (sp) more palatable"
