  3.  @JD..........  We do understand how divorce works, how feminist culture works, how n-counts correlate to "the sanctity of marriage", how single parent households adversely impact a child for life, how social media adversely impacts girls' brains for life, how college life defiles 18-19 young women for life....i could go on and on. The OP is comparing his good fortune in the mid to late '80s to the actual conditions of today. These 2 worlds are unrecognizable to each other. Orion is dealing with the here and now, and he speaks uncomfortable truths that tradcon boomers can't handle. And thus we see lots of "ok boomer" type responses here from people who are more clutching pearls than honestly disagreeing.

  4. Medieval farmer mode isn't an option though. Women aren't even "true partner potential" today, Orion makes that point here. The thing is, there are millions of pretty decent, hard working men in their 20s who literally can't find a "founder" to build equity with. These millions of men, if they can be rational & strip the emotions out of WHY they couldn't find a "founder" to "build with" in their 20s - will observe that women do not love men or even really care about men in any way that exceeds virtue signaling. That's the crimson pill, unfortunately.

  7. Where to even begin with this psychologically twisted attempt to declare true reciprocity in such a partnership as you described... Very few women are housewives anymore, and house husbands are overwhelmingly chastised as being undeserving of their working wife. At the very least, any working wife who is providing more than her husband will be surrounded by a community of women telling her that she "deserves better". 2nd, how many of these housewives are coming into their marriages as pure virgins, or at least very low n count women? And they virtually all have social media accounts with DM's open where they can, at the very least, collect resumes for the moment they feel bored or unhappy. How nice it must be for them to receive a 2:00 p.m. message from Chad on a Wednesday while her husband is slaving away at some soul-sucking corporate job. And then, should that housewife decide to proactively divorce at some point down the line, she has every source of state power putting the wind in her back to extract whatever she wants from him, provided he has anything at all left... After already having provided for her for x number of years. What a twisted & guilt-ridden mind you must have. Oh & P.S. absolutely no men in the year 2024 get, much less "deserve", long-term security for their labor. Under current societal conditions, all working people are discarded in the blink of an eye by employers who could not give a damn about them. And you seem to have missed Orion's entire overarching point that women do NOT help men achieve their goals anyway.

  25. If tomorrow all male airlines pilots & technicians went on strike, & only female pilots & technicians showed up, would you get on a plane? How chaotic would it be just to navigate the airport? You don't need men tho, ok. There's literally nothing I do or use in everyday life in 2024 that women are needed. But roads & bridges & infrastructure & literally every physical structure....yeah.

  27. Well, look at it rationally. Take the emotion out of it, & realize that many men don't want children anymore. Ok - for men who don't want children, women have absolutely zero value outside of pleasure. Everything a man needs & uses in life was created by men. Every essential utility is maintained by men & every structural edifice was constructed by men. Here's a question to ponder: What would happen if all male airline techs & pilots stopped working, & only women could do (well, attempt) those jobs. Who would board those planes? Would women (who always are like "I lOvE tO tRaVeL!") board those planes?
