Bring up issues, while in Qatar? Does he imagine his bosses would allow that? Does he imagine they wouldn't have him sign a contract, saying he would be required to keep his mouth shut, on these issues? Or, already aware and having agreed, is the intention to take the cash, keep his mouth shut and then blame his bosses for his silence? Ian is correct...refuse the gig and money, point out the issues and bask on the twice-earned moral high ground.
