  1. The ICJ and ICC are a running joke. The only way all of this criminality can be stopped is for one, the other, or both to drag one of the guilty into court, prosecute, then jail them, handing down the maximum sentence, as a warning to the rest, but, as that isn't likely to happen these organisations should be renamed 'panels' for all the use they serve.
