She was around and has been for a number of years to anyone that doesn't rely on the official narrative of msn. Being Potus gave him four years breathing space, that's all, as he wasn't re-elected. He'd have run sooner but Trump's performance lost him a fair amount of backing by tarnishing his reputation as someone that gets the real business done behind the scenes. @rcat32 The damage is caused in the formative years. They may seem okay, now, but problems will emerge further down the line. Neither lives what you'd call a normal life anyway and the family dynamics and genes will further increase the likelihood of mental instability in them.
