  1. Never going to happen, because the world isn't fair or just. BRICS is the only form of redress the US will face and is fitting, as BRICS will destroy US hegemony. Most of Europe will now learn a hard lesson for backing the US and it won't be a short, sharp lesson, either, because it will drag out for decades. The US will remain strong, although far less so, within a much smaller group, while it's gang members gradually drift away, understanding, finally, that the US has only ever served the personal interests of the very small group that legally own the land, goods and the current 320 million slaves on the property! The fate of the UK is intrinsically tied to that of the US, although their relationship is far different to the one many believe exists. As my mother used to say: "Why have a dog and bark?" The polarity of the world will become sharper, more evident, over the coming years, fortunes will and already are, reversing. The US influence and it's finances are in decline. I'm afraid that's the nearest you'll witness to their punishment...no international court cases, no prison sentences. Those who make the laws did so in the full intent of covering their backs and it was at their instruction the British Empire rose, then fell...the same with the US. Who knows, maybe the BRICS Empire will learn lessons? You, me, everyone alive today, are living through a pivotal moment in human history. Future historians will likely wonder how we felt, not realising that we, ourselves, didn't understand the import and that to us it was just another day, year or decade. Part of the human condition, I guess.

  3. Check any Parliament around the world. The systems are much the same. The politicians turn up, sign in, stay for the minimum time requirement, (to ensure they get paid) then they bugger off to try lining their pockets, elsewhere. Some, like Claire, actually do their job, but they're the rarities. The only times the building are guaranteed to be full is on voting issues, foreign dignitaries attending, that kind of thing. That's when the publicity whores are in full attendance, because their narcissism demands they get their share of the limelight.
