  7.  @paull3403  I figured that out decades ago, so began preparing. By the end of that three day shelf life I'll be long gone from 'civilisation'. Four or five days in and the majority will have succumbed, due to lack of potable water, once power supplies go. A tiny surviving minority, having cleaned out the cities and towns, will probably head out to the countryside to try scavenge, most of them dying of food poisoning and accident. I hope it doesn't come to that, but I'm not counting on it, so laid my plans, long ago. I suspect you have, too.

  8. Carbon trading. Sell part of your footprint to a country producing minimal imprint, leaving you free to produce more than your agreed limits and also lets you brag about doing your bit, while pointing the finger at others. A clever scam.

  9.  @STho205  The same small group do the funding, steering research in directions they want, holding the patents, therefore the profits, be they financial or gain for their group, pairing seemingly disparate disciplines for further gain. They're insidious.

  11. The rabbit hole has many twists and turns. Look at the 2nd Constitution, for example. No, not a typo or error. It's entitled US Inc and was enacted behind the backs of the American public in 1871 by Grant and both parties! This clearly indicates the politicians were already in someone's pocket and the people hadn't heeded the warnings of the Foundiing Fathers to never trust their govt. It was repealed in 1974, but had laid the groundwork for further and worse betrayals of the people, so had outlived it's purpose. I guess it was also asking for trouble, leaving it on the books for any nosey folk, like me, to discover, so it was removed, however, it wasn't expunged from records.

  14.  @TheWhyFiles  You forget, the Banks and Big Business done rather handsomely out of the past recessions. Big Pharma got nothing. This is them taking their slice of the pie. Free guinea pigs into the bargain and next to nothing paid out for clinical trials. What we should have ensured, worldwide, was that no politician would be given a job of any description, at any point, during their current or post political career, within the Pharma industry.
