  33.  @jakeroscoe8238  I've taken a couple of IQ tests, then repeated them a few hrs later. I've concluded I'm an idiot/genius savant, as my scores have ranged from 160 down to 100. I have a fairly basic understanding of mathematics, (add, subtract, multiply, divide, percentages) as the subject held little interest to me, beyond everyday practical use, so my brain occupied itself with other matters, when algebra, tangents and co-tangents, etc were being taught and that reflects itself in IQ tests. I'm retired, due to medical reasons, but owned my own small business and was partner in another, (Doing the books for both) so it wasn't much of an obstacle, I found, therefore agree with your assessment of their use in measuring intelligence. I have a younger brother with academic qualifications coming out of his ears, yet he has never had an ounce of commonsense, much less street smarts. Lol.
