Children that young, given a choice between jail and time with their father, must have had good reason to pick jail. This judge did not, at any time, hold the best interests of the children uppermost. I don't care if the mother or father was in the wrong. This judge had a care of duty, which she neglected. A public admonishment is a joke. This woman should be facing charges, but the authorities closed ranks, clearly indicating they cannot be entrusted with the care of children. The very thought that this monstrous example of a human might actually have children of her own makes my blood run cold!
