  7. 07:32...that's the problem, right there...those in charge are afraid of looking bad, of appearing bad leaders, so let the rotten cops and the psychos get away with it, while the decent cops get tarred with the same brush or they close ranks, then wonder why the public don't trust them. To me the answer is simple - they should arrest the bad cops, their colleagues, and their bad superiors! Sounds crazy, I know, right, but that's their job and if enough of them are willing to commit themselves, while claiming it's the minority of cops that are bad, then they'll clean out the barrel, doing themselves a favour in the process and maybe start to regain public trust.
