  4. US is financing Ukraine. It would be highly unusual if they hadn't stipulated they get any downed, broken or damaged armaments belonging to Russia.

  5. All countries' military are guilty of bad logistical decisions. The US virtually handed eighteen armoured SUVs, plus arms to the Taliban just a couple of years ago. The reason? Too costly to fly all that brand new stuff back stateside. SSDD.
