  2. Moving the dogs lessened the problem, but didn't remove it, I'm afraid. Moving them into another room would have lessened it further, but still not removed it, as walls are penetrable and proximity makes the problem worse. Think of wifi hubs. Sometimes, in whatever room you finally settle it, you might still have to move it to different spots to achieve the desired result, because, unbeknownst, you may have insulation in one or more walls, that has a metallic coating, acting like a one dimension, two or three sided Faraday cage, preventing signals getting through, however, the one solid, retaining wall still allows them access to enter or travel further. I've never made or worn a tinfoil hat, but it's the same principle. 😉😂
