The term used in the Acts of Union 1707 is plural and not singular, ie United Kingdoms, contrary to what the Wastemonster propaganda machinery would have everyone, Scotland, in particular, believe. That unification was fiscal and political only, as was officially noted by Hansard, wherein, it is stated that the Acts of Union 1707 did not, nor do permit England any claim or right to Scotland's territories or resources! That is why article 19 was specifically included in the Acts of Union 1707, enshrining Scotland's Claim of Right 16890, explaining why both Scotland and England retain their own laws, meaning UK law, aka English Law, is unlawful in Scotland and Scottish Law is illegal in England. We are not the one country the politicians have sold to the public, nor will we ever be. We are two separate Kingdoms, who's laws are incompatible. In England both Crown and Parliament are Sovereign. In Scotland it is we, the people, who are Sovereign, the highest authority in the land. We are the living embodiment of the Scottish Crown

They managed to convince the islands that the oilfields were rightfully their's, when, in fact, the island, under International Law, has a territorial sea claim that extends for only twelve miles, nowhere near the oil and gas fields, whereas Scitland has a vastly larger territorial claim. This was just one more of the many lies and false promises from Wastemonster, pre the Indyref vote.

Constitutionally, it would comply with article 18 of the Acts of Union 1707, officially, legallly and lawfully putting an end to the union with no song and dance routine over referenda. Now, ask yourself: Why doesn't the snp take this easy and simple route? Collusion is the obvious and inescapable answer!

  11. It's pretty straightforward. If the snp refuse to take their seats in Wastemonster, then they have revoked the union and it no longer exists, as per article 18 of the Acts of Union 1707! Without Scotland there is no UKs, plural, not singular
