What is it? It's the 2nd Constitution you were never taught about in school. It's taught in no schools, as it might agitate the slaves on the US plantation. I'm using the word slaves in the legal sense, you understand. US Inc opened the door for that, among other things, to occur, as was intended. All of the politicians were and still are involved in that and further, worse betrayals of the people. Actully, they haven't been politicians, since 1913. Let's call them what they are, overseers, acting as proxies for the legal owners/masters. I have no idea what you read on Twitter, but it's a safe bet this revelation tops them all, perhaps gives you pause in dismissing some of the claims on Twitter.
