China is currently training and, quite likely, arming some of these States and Russia recently wrote off Africa's combine $20 billion debt. I can't see the US willing to take on China, Russia and Africa and think it a safe bet that NATO, due to it's recent defeat in it's proxy war in UkraiNazi, will not have the stomach, either.
