@Calibos That went by the by, in 1913, when the USA ceased to legally exist. That's when the America part had to dropped from the title and it became plain United States.

@Charts Newz Banks issue promissory notes. Take your notes to the bank and demand they convert them to gold. Banks don't want a run and digital currency, faced with a reliable alternative to their service, would quickly collapse.

WEF's cashless society. Your cash will be removed and converted to credits. If you behave your transactions will complete. Buying anything they don't want you buying or refuse to conform/obey and your account will be frozen and you'll become a digital persona non grata, lacking the ability to pay rent, utility bills, buy food, etc. Badlands will develop, outwith cities and large towns. Mad Max springs to mind, sans the apocalypse...or maybe that's in the works, too. They appear to be going for overload...the mind can only take so many shocks and most will go into acquiescence mode from the constant mental onslaught with little time to adjust or go into the retaliation mindset. We live in interesting times.
