  3. @Hilton Morris US military bases are being edged out from the 51 of the 54 African States they once had them. China is currently training and, quite likely, arming some of these States and Russia recently wrote off Africa's combine $20 billion debt. I can't see the US willing to take on China, Russia and Africa and think it a safe bet that NATO, due to it's recent defeat in it's proxy war in UkraiNazi, will not have the stomach, either.
