A president-to-be, member of an organisation strongly suspected of being behind tbe assassination, failed to foil the cold blooded murder of a sitting president. What are the chances of that? His field notes for the day were uncharacteristically sparse. Some postulate they weren't even entered that day. Things that make you go Hmm.
