He didn't mastermind it. He's sly, I'll grant you, but not particularly clever. He, like all his predecessors, except for Jack, have been promoted into the position, since at least 1871. The problem began before then, but that's the earliest I can trace it back, at the point a second constitution was enacted in secret, which paved the way for further and much worse betrayals of the American people by the politicians.

Your recent ancestors should have listened to your Founding Fathers, who warned them to never trust their govt. The second constitution, btw, is called US Inc Enacted in 1871 by Grant and both parties, meaning all of the politicians were in on it.
