  2.  @Jimbo_Jumbo   @Jimbo_Jumbo  Dependent on Wastemonster for our handout, under the Barnet formula, which is being constantly cut, so we have less to spend on health, especially mental health, year on year with an average waiting list of at least three years to see a psychiatrist. Too many die in the meantime. English politics, particularly tory politics, have dictated what services can be offered to those that need them most, the vulnerable.
