@David Ellis Not yet, they aren't David, however, they have made it clear they intend maintaining the stance of the current tory govt, in the case of Scotland.

@Frances Costello The problem lies in the facts that Wastemonster is Sovereign. They are not actually answerable to the electorate! In Scotland it is both the country and the people who are Sovereign, therefore the govt is answerable to them. England, presumed to be democratic, isn't really.
