Kherson is a city, not a town. If Ukraine are stupid, like they were in Kharkov, losing most of their troops in the trap, then I just don't know what to say. It would even be risky to commit a limited number of troops. Everything will have been boobytrapped and the city targeted, ready for Russia to unleash hell from a safe distance. I imagine Ukraine won't risk it and prefer using their troops to dig in, while they await the Armageddin that's shortly going to hit Ukraine, after four or five days of frost. I genuinely believe Putin intends eradicating them from the face of the earth and any Western allies there as well. He'll remove the rising threat of nazism on one border, while sending a clear message to the West.

@yudhiadhyatmikosiswono9082 Russia has employed inflatable tanks, which Zelensky and his allies targeted, wasting precious ammo. So far, until October, just the US alone has sent more aid and arms to the Ukraine than it spent on it's entire yearly budget last year.

Kherson is targeted with mortars, rockets and missiles. You don't think Putin and his generals hadn't thought it through? Ukraine fell for the same trick in Kharkov, so I don't think they'll be that stupid twice.

@Ncertshahayyi Kharkov ring any bells? Cleared out, but the Ukrainians, using Western Intel, were too dumb to know that, entered and were decimated. Prolly why the Ukrainians are shitting their pants about entering Kherson, which will be a larger killing ground. If they enter they and the allied troops get wiped out. If they don't they are just prolonging the inevitable. Soon as the frost starts Putin intends eradicating the Ukrainians and their allies. Nazism and US hegemony will take a severe blow, then go home with their tails between their legs. That is, the ones Putin allows to live will. The blood of their dead will enrich the soil, so tbey' serve a useful purpose.

The Russians have set the same trap they did in Kharkov. Zelensky will do what his puppetmasters tell him, as the city will be targeted with mortars, shells and missiles, in case they are stupid enough to fall for it twice. US and UK Intel won't make the same mistake twice. Hell, they may even wate ammo shelling the city themselves to make it uninhabitable out of spite.

The 115,000 civilians have been relocated and the 25,000 troops stationed elsewhere, so kKherson holds no strategic advantage for Russia. Basically, it's now a killing ground, should Ukraine be stupid enough to enter. I doubt they will.

Kherson is different from Kharkov in one way; it's a much larger killing field, targeted by mortars, missiles and rockets. 115,000 Russian civilians have been evacuated and the 25,000 Russian troops positioned elsewhere. It was of no further military advantage to Russia to hold it. Any Ukrainians entering the city will remain there, fused to the ground or their vehicles. Now Russia awaits a four day frost, in Ukraine, at which point they will annihilate the Ukrainians and their Western allies stationed there. They are past the point of trying to reason with us and will make a harsh example of Ukraine. My heart goes out to those Ukrainians, who did not realise Zelensky, the puppet, will lead to most of them being wiped from the face of the planet, so they pose no future threat to the Russian Federation. Our leaders, in the west, are psychopathic imbeciles, who really have no clue what they have unleashed. Four days of frost, tick-tock, tick-tock.

Such a pity military strategy and you will always remain strangers or you might have realised you talk utter nonsense, but such a concept escapes you. Supporting either side is understandable, but pontificating, particularly on the internet, which will carry the evidence of your abject ignorance for as long as the internet exists, affording future generations of children a laugh at your expense, doesn't seem like a smart move, but that's because your ego is far larger than your limited IQ, which likely is in the low double digits. Kherson, like Kharkov was, has now become a Russian killing ground with no civilians or troops at risk of being harmed. They can safely mortar, missile and rocket attack the city at will, should Ukraine fall for the same trick a second time. Maybe you should give your poor brain a rest, as thinking evidently isn't your strong point, while we await the frost and Russia's full, unbridled onslaught. No Russian civilians or troops in Kherson. It's a deliberate trap for Ukraine, the same as Kharkov was. If Ukraine hasn't learnt the lesson of losing most of it's troops in Kharkov by now, then they never will.

Same circumstances. The Ukrainians surged in, then realised, too late, they'd entered a Russian killing ground! They lost the vast majority of their troops. Same here, but the killing ground is larger, this time around. Question is, will they fall for it a second time?
