  1. Aparently, in Egypt there is a lot of schrexual represion. Young and unmarried men rarely get access to pre-marital relationships. Combine this with a society that views woman as second-class citizens, where even traditional families are only concernerned about the wellbeeing of the women of THEIR OWN family, while considering women OUTSIDE of the family as fair game (and more if they are part of the 10% of the christian population), and you have a perfect recipie for a disaster. A country where incels rule the streets without oposition....what could go posibly wrong? When there is a strong goverment, security forces try to ensure tha law that forbids this kind of behaviour, and more if it affects foreign women (bad for tourism), but the tales of women gropped in public places are legion. In a situation with no law enforcement present, and emotions running high, this was sadly to be expected. This lady probably thought that egpcian people would suddenly and magically turn into westernerns the minute they would free themselves from dictatorship......a mistake made by a lot of western people. We have to remember that THE ONLY TIME they were able to vote in freedom, they elected the Islamic Brotherhood.......
