  1. Who knows. Truth is, I am surprised Ukraine still keeps fighting. If they have managed to come this far, who knows what they can achieve? But, attacking an enemy that has more artillery and air-power than you, is not a good deal.....

  2. What will happen with the western public opinion if the ukranian counter-offensive is not as succesfull as it is expectect to be? The hype created around this event could harm western morale, if it is not met with results. Probably the most realistic aim of this offensive should be to show the russians that despite all their efforts, they are not one inch nearer the victory than before. Something similar to the Tet-offensive in Vietnam, wich was a military tactical defeat for the vietcong an the north-vietnamise army, but a strategic victory for them, because it made the USA public opinion believe that they were not able to win the war........ Any other expetations, could make western morale colpase, if they are no met..........
